We are not a bank, a money services business, or a payment processor. Payments are processed through Stripe, Paypal or Plaid; a provider of payment services. The Service collects and relays information, generated in connection with your accepted card payment or account information.
Your relationship with these third parties is separate from your relationship with the Service and is governed by the terms of service, of the related third party site. You must sign up for an account with Stripe, Paypal or Plaid and agree to abide by the Terms of Service located at below. Please review those terms carefully and make sure You understand and agree to them.
We are not responsible for anything regarding with these third parties. You are responsible for all transactions processed via PayPal, Stripe, Plaid. We cannot and will not be liable for loss or damage from errant or invalid transactions processed via Paypal, Stripe or Plaid. This includes transactions that were not processed due to a network communication error, or any other reason. If you process a transaction, it is your responsibility to verify that the transaction was successfully processed by Stripe, PayPal, Plaid. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding payment processing.
We are neither payment receiver nor payment sender. We are only the application owner and we do not have any responsibilities to issue, follow, track or request a chargeback or refund. Chargebacks and refunds are on your own responsibilities.
We do not collect or store any payment information. Collections and transaction of payer, payee and payment information is performed by third party payment processors (i.e Stripe, Paypal, Plaid).
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
